Content Strike Friday March 21

Announcement

I will be participating in the LJ content strike on Friday, the 21st of March. Note that the strike's timing is based on GMT.

Why a content strike? Because SUP, the company who bought LJ, has removed the option to create "basic" accounts, free accounts without ads. I believe that most of the content we all enjoy on LJ is provided by basic account holders, and I want to help show SUP that by contributing to a distinct downward spike in traffic on the 21st.

If you'd like to know more about the strike and the exact details, [info]beckyzoole has that info.
